The mission of the Redondo Beach Police Department is to forge a partnership and problem solving relationship between the police and the community to control and prevent crime through strategic planning, innovation, and pro-active programs in an environment where people are treated with dignity, equality and respect.     Santa Sleigh Coming to Your Neighborhood
    Santa Claus will again be riding in his sleigh to visit the boys and girls in Redondo Beach. With the assistance of the Redondo Beach Police and Fire Department personnel, Santa will come to your neighborhood beginning on Monday, December 1. Santa will begin in the north end of the city and work his way south. Please see the attached document for a description and maps of the routes he will take. (Route Maps)

    Tagger Tip Reward System
    Up to a $250.00 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of a tagger.  Rewards are redeeemed through a process involving the Police Department and the Public Safety Commission.
